Shipping
UK Delivery
Orders sent via Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-5 working days once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Orders Sent via Dpd Post are usually received within 24-72 hrs once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Orders placed before 2:00pm on any working day will be processed on the same day, orders received after this will be processed the following working day.
Any orders received with the following postcodes will require that Dpd zone 1 postage to be paid before your item will be dispatched. This includes the following postcodes ZE 1-99, GY 1-99, JE, KW, PA 41-78, PH, HS, IV, IM, TR 21-25, Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland . Please note this does only apply to items where the royal mail option is not available.
To avoid any delays in dispatch the correct postage can be paid by choosing the Dpd Zone 1 option.
The time scales are for guideline purposes only, these services can sometimes take longer. International Delivery
Orders sent Internationally will arrive within 1-3 weeks once payment has been received. For International orders please view your countries shipping zone below. Any orders received with an international delivery address the correct postage will be required prior to the item being dispatched. If your country is not listed above please contact us at customerservices@supertvproducts.com for your postage prices. Delivery Costs
Our delivery costs are based on the height and weight of the product. Lighter items will be sent via Royal Mail while the heavier more bulky items will be dispatched using Dpd.
Returns
Your Statutory Rights
Purchases At supertvproducts come with a 14 day return guarantee. We know on occasions you may want to return items for various reasons. That is why with our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
This applies to all of our products except for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed or consumable products that have been used. To cancel your purchase please email our returns department at returns@supertvproducts.com quoting your details including which item you wish to cancel. They will issue you a returns number which needs to be visible on the returned item. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that returns will only be accepted by post unless we have permitted for your item to be returned in person.
The customer is responsible for returning the item as well as any associated costs. To ensure that the item is delivered we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as other services do not offer guaranteed delivery.
In the event that we deliver the wrong item supertvproducts will pay the costs to return the item.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
If you received a faulty or damaged item please contact our returns department at returns@supertvproducts.com. They will deal with any problems and send out a replacement as quickly as possible.
If the item was damaged in transit If you take delivery of a supertvproducts item and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. Please email us at returns@supertvproducts.com an email will be returned to the email address provided containing details of how to return your item/s.
If the item is defective
Any faulty items may be returned outside the 14 days return policy providing the item has not been mis used and has been used for its intended purposes. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. If you choose to return the item to us, please email us at returns@supertvproducts.com an email will be returned to the email address provided containing details of how to return your item/s.
Incorrect Goods
If you received the incorrect item
Please email us at returns@supertvproducts.com an email will be returned to the email address provided containing details of how to return your item/s. Any postage costs you incur in returning the item will be refunded by us. Unwanted Gift
If for any reason you do not require your product/s you may return it to us for a replacement product/s or a refund. We will only refund or replace products that are in perfect resalable condition and are approved for refund or replacement by our returns department. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Any approved refunds will be minus P+P costs.
All postage costs incurred in returning unwanted products is solely your responsibility.
